Edsall Names Assistant Coaches

Maryland football coach Randy Edsall has added four more members to his coaching staff. They are Greg Gattuso, Lyndon Johnson, David Walker and Andrew Wilson

Gattuso, who spent the past six seasons at Pittsburgh, will serve as the defensive line coach. Walker will coach the running backs. Johnson, who served under Edsall at Connecticut, will coach special teams and the outside linebackers. Wilson, another member from Edsall's Connecticut staff, will lead Maryland's strength and conditioning program.

After his hiring Edsall announced that defensive coordinator Don Brown and wide receivers coach Lee Hull, both of whom served under former Maryland coach Ralph Friedgen, will remain with the program.
